Haven’t lost any, but haven’t gained any either. Stress has this crazy way of making me want to eat every thing in sight. And boy, have I been stressed lately! I wonder sometimes if ducktape might be the answer to my problem.

I go to Yoga class throught the local community college and they don’t have any classes this summer. Since I enrolled, I had lost about 10 lbs and was continuing to lose weight without changing my eating habits too drastically. Since school ended in April, about ten sneaky pounds have crept back onto my hips. I’ve joined the local curves but have yet to go. My ultimate goal would be to lose and keep off about 40 pounds. I need to get motivated!
