Had a tiny bit of sour cream and cheese on a made-to-order burrito for dinner. Other than that, I was pretty good. In going vegan, I don’t want to feel deprived because then I’ll go back to eating everything lacto-ovo again. So even though I’m not a “perfect vegan” at least the consumption has gone way down. Eventually, I’ll get there, just not by the end of the week, or anything.

Yesterday went well, although I ate regular white bread, which has dairy in it.
Today went well, for the most part. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, brown sugar, and vegan margarine; snack was a banana; lunch was a couple of grape clusters, and 2 vegan granola bars (too lazy to pick more food for lunch) and then for dinner I had a hearty vegetable, bean, spelt stew (vegan). But, with that I had some french bread and after that I had a fudge popsicle, so now I’m not as “perky” as I was before. I feel foggy and down, physically and emotionally.
So, I’ll try again tomorrow and it will be better because stumbling blocks can be used as stepping stones . . .
