I’ve tried this a few times but keep forgetting it after a few days. But when I saw this goal here I got reminded and now I’ll try again! When I eat it’s kind of like I have the food in front of me and I’m supposed to eat all of it, so I want to get it finished, out of my way. I’ve always been eating fast, but at the same time I really do like to eat and enjoy the food, my brain just haven’t realized yet that I would enjoy a bit more if I ate a bit slower. And I guess all of you have heard that people that eat fast are greedy. I think it’s a bit true, of course I don’t like to consider myself as greedy, but I think I am at some level. I have noticed that if it’s something nice I eat it’s kind of like I want more of it before I even have started eating.. Well, this is just some random thoughts about it..
