starting again, the great weather is an incentive, that and another upcoming thing on my “things” list ;-)



Getting back in shape 23 months ago

I’m doing sit-ups ( 3 variations ) and push ups 3 times a week, starting last week, along with a gym and swim session once a week.
I have to start somewhere ;-)



As part of... 2 years ago

my pledge to lose 20 ibs or more, I’m doing 60 sit-ups before I got to bed and when I get up in the morning.

That 20 normal sit-ups,
20 scissors sit-ups,
20 reverse sit-ups and then 20 push-ups.

You can feel the tummy tighten up by the time you do the push ups !!

I’ll add more as I get used to doing them, but so far, so good !!
