craft more

i’ve been much better at realising my ideas recently.
– i followed up an XMAS idea and created a dozen little stocking decorations – some to keep some to give away
– i finally got around to creating that birthday card for a friend
– i made my love’s valentines card and he asked if i’d bought it so that was a success :0)
– i made my mum’s mothers day card
– i decided to create a little embroidery and did it. off the top of my head. wow. and its cute.
- i painted an Eostre egg – with a hare, a leafy vine, some runes and a quotation.

so it’s not too regualr, but i am finding the confidence to try!

i made a glove monster on halloween. he is wonkey and cute, and im very proud. :0)

we went to the seaside last sunday with friends, and it was the best day-trip there i’ve ever had! i made zen pebble towers, and doodled some characters. we walked along the shore, under clifs and just after high tide, collecting driftwood. now, a week later, i’ve taken driftwood, shells, a pebble and a feather and made a hanging for the bathroom. i wonder if 3 strands wouldn’t have been better than 1, but never mind, i had fun :0)
