i figuredout a way all u have to do is create a 100% free paypal account (paypal.com) and anohter 100% free awsurvey account (awsurveys.com) awsurvey will ask u to answer some surveys that take 5-10 mins ea and they pay u like 4 dollers ea
that money goes to your paypal account and then u use paypal to pay for runescape and boom free membership
oh ya and by the way u have to make at least $75 before awsurvey will pay u and that could take a couple of months because theres only so many surveys u can do at a time
