Well, I’ve always been very flexible, for example my arms bend backwards at the elbow and so does my dad’s and I can touch my thumbs to my wrist both sideways and backwards. I was lucky it only took me one day to learn to bend my back and put my foot on my head back. I learnt that a few years ago when I saw it on tv and thought it looked amazing. I’ve never learnt to do the splits as my leg flexibilty isn’t that great and I’m having quite a bit of trouble with that. But my back flexibilty is going well, I’ve been doing a bit of stretching on all the muscles for about a week now and my feet are starting to get past my head. My leg flexibilty has improved but I needs a lot more work. For some reason, I don’t know why I just love bending in strange ways.
