get over my broken heart

This is hands down one of my most difficult goals. I wanna forget the wrongdoings, stop questioning everything, and let go of the hurt, pain, & disappointment…but how do you forgive someone who has never apologized? I know I’m supposed to and believe me, I want to…I just don’t know how.

-Stay in a situation for all the WRONG REASONS when they have given you all the RIGHT REASONS to leave.

-Know what’s good for you but still doing what’s bad for you.

-Satisfy others by unsatisfying yourself.

-Pretend not to see what your eyes have been opened up to.

-Search for signs when you already got reasons.

-Expect something different from a situation that hasn’t changed.

-Be faithful to pleasing others by being unfaithful to who you truly are.

-Give all of you to a person that deserves nothing from you.

-Trust those that have proven they aren’t trustworthy

-Teach yourself the same lessons that you aren’t learning from.

-Hang on to the words of a person that your heart should let go of.

…How do you break your own heart?!? By doing these things…giving your heart back to the situations that broke it the first time. Remember the only way your heart can be broken twice by the same person…Is if you give them permission to! Don’t let that happen..

I can’t change what happened, all I can do is accept it and keep pushin.. Making moves to better myself and trusting that everything else will fall into place. :)
