I’ve been working out in our basement about 5 times a week since someone gave us a stationary bike. I’m sure that it was the fist one ever made, but it burns calories. Come spring I plan to become a power-walker, since that will undoubtedly be more cardio than pumping my legs in circles. I’ve also been doing strength exercises, alternating between arms and abs and legs and glutes every other day. I know I have the ability to be super hot. I just have to peel back the layers of fat that are hiding it. By wedding #1(I’m in 2 weddings between now and fall), I want to be back to the size I was when I got married. By summer, I want to be back to the size I was when I graduated. I’m doing really well so far, so I believe I can accomplish these goals.

Biking is a hobby of mine that I started with last year, but I haven’t gotten much exercise over the winter because I hate stationary bikes. I went biking yesterday but the person I went with was more out of shape than I. It wasn’t as good of a workout as I expected. I plan to bike again tomorrow with that same person and my biking partner from last year. Hopefully we’ll be able to pick up the pace.
