it’s been said that it takes approx. 21 days to make or break a habit. i have many of these habits good and bad that i’d love to banish.
walk my dog everyday: she’s a small lil thing, so sometimes i just throw the ball around the basement and play with her and sometimes i don’t even do that…good thing my family spend time with her aswell.
cut down smoking: who am i kidding? i’m just lying to myself when i tell myself that “this is my last smoke.” by doing that is just mentally screwing with my willpower and self respect with that toxic enjoyable cancer stick, everytime i say that.
