This is going quite well. I feel better about life and myself.
My Fiance says i’ve been less negative, oddly enough I think he’s been more negative. Maybe he’s always been negative and now that i’m trying to be positive I notice his negativity more? Well, either way I’m optimistic about my optimism!
Does anyone have any advice on where to begin? I seem to understand where I am, and where I would like to be, but I have no idea how to get there.
Thoughts?
