I’ve been terrible at this. I give up easily as it is painful to force the muscles in my back to sit up straight all day. I found a product called “shoulders back” at www.gaiam.com. I can’t believe how much this product helps! I have been able to sit up straight with the help of this product and I believe I am now programming my muscles to the correct posture. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been doing 30 minutes of Yoga on my lunch break for two days now. I can feel (usually the next day) how weak my back muscles are by how sore I am from stretching and moving. I’m hoping that sitting up straight and stretching my spine will help Improve my posture!
