talk less

my goal shouldn’t be to talk less, but to only speak when I have something meaningful to say!

I’m getting better about this. I think I have been less inclined to say things that don’t need to be said and more inclined to say things that are important to a conversation and that I will be less likely to regret!

I think I have been doing really well at this goal, and not even really trying that hard. I’ve been mellowing out a little bit lately, which is great.

This goal really requires a lot of attention in the immediate moment. I really have to watch myself, as I find that I need to comment on everything that happens- or doesn’t happen.
