Since I quit drinking diet soda I have been drinking a lot more water (probably too much). Water seems to help curb my cravings for both cigarettes and soda. I’ve also been drinking a ton of tea every day- so i’m sure that helps get water into my system. This goal is coming right along!

This weekend my Fiancee and I hooked up the water and ice to our refrigeration. I have a feeling this is going to be the begining of a long and rewarding relationship with water!!
Doin good! I’ve drank the entire ocean in water today! I’ve been in the bathroom more than i’ve been at my desk. I hope this helps my lips stop being so dry. They are so terrible they keep cracking and bleeding.
I’m doing ok on this goal. So far i’ve had 36ounces today, and thats only at work. I’m not sure that I can tell if drinking more water has made me feel any better- but I guess i’ll assume its doing something good!
One 12ouncer down…many more to go. Quitting smoking lately has greatly increased my need for water. It seems like I can’t quench my thirst!!
My goal is to drink at least 8 bottles of water (approx. 96oz) per day. They say if you take your body weight, divide it by two. That number is the number of ounces you need to drink to stay hydrated. That actually leaves me at 70oz, but I think i’ll go above and beyond the recommended. I’m severly dehydrated all the time.
