You know, it really is sad how hard this is. I have brushed my teeth at least once everyday for a month, probably twice some of the days and NEVER three times. I’m getting married in 44 days and I want my teeth WHITE!! I’m going for 3 times a day starting: NOW!!

What an embarrassing goal! I need to brush my teeth at least twice a day- if not, 3 times a day.
I always brush as a part of my morning routine, but rarely get it done at night.
Starting TODAY I will go 2 times a day!!!
