Day 12 of 30

Today was an aerobic/cardio workout day. Roughly speaking this is the 3rd such day in my overall program. However the effort I’ve been putting into working out regularly seems to be paying off quite well. I was able to do a full 45 minutes of cardio work and afterward felt as if I could do more, but I had to stop because my partner was unable to continue.

As another huge plus, I no longer ‘wheeze’ or groan when standing up or going up and down stairs. I realize that may not seem like much, but if one doesn’t keep an eye open for small improvements they will never feel like they are getting anywhere.

With the exception of yesterday (Day 11) I’ve been able to continue fairly steadily with my 30 days of going to the gym for 1 hour. Day 11, regrettably, must some how be compensated for as I could not go to the gym due to a death in my family.

After 2 days of going to the gym, one with an aerobic and upper body work out, and the other with a aerobic and lower body work out I’m making plans. Post work out I had a shake with an energy boost mixture to suppress my appetite, which worked quite well. I plan on doing 30 days, consistently, of going to the gym for 1 hour each day. Presently I weigh in at 225. I’m also doing research at present to determine what, if any, diet supplements will aid me in a goal to drop my weight down. As an industry they frequently seem to be no better than the ‘snake oil’ of old- miracle cures for problems which are anything but unnatural.
