I’ve devised an 8 session mini-campaign and am now looking for players. The game runs like this:
- PC’s get information on how to destroy a local deathlord.
- PC’s go into the wyld to get an artifact to help.
- PC’s return and go into the shadowlands to get a second artifact.
- PC’s return home and start ritual to destroy deathlord.
- PC’s are interrupted when deathlord sends Abyssals to stop them.
- PC’s can complete ritual but must sacrafice themselves to do it.
As far as players go I’ve managed to find two people who are interested as well as my wife. How soon this will happen is up in the air.

This ties in strongly with my ‘Find friends to play boardgames with’ goal. I had a couple, completely green to RPG’s email me through my organizations account to ask about participating in a game. I told them I wanted to run an Exalted campaign, but could only do it on Sundays.
I haven't heard back from them yet, so we'll see what happens.
My last full blown Exalted game was a resonable experiement in allowing my players to become prominent figures- A rising empress of the savage lands and her ever growing armies. This was a divergence from how I normally run the game and I’d like to do it in the next campaign I do. Normally, because the players are, in their own right, so incredibly powerful I feel that it is easiest to put them “on the run” almost all the time. This seems to be the only way to keep them in check because they can wipe out extras so fast with nothing more than marbles and a stick of gum.
