life changing

after cutting with the fooling around on the net, this came along naturally. weights, abs, back, running, i’m doing it the most that i can and i can feel and see the evolution. a good way to think of it is, don’t rationalize. “just do it!” :)



body: up; mind: up

went running for 20 minutes today. tomorrow expect to go again. and the day after tomorrow. i’ll mark “i’ve done this” when i have gone five days straight… hehe. if i keep doin’ it (i will) i’ll be running the marathon soon :)
