Sit up straight. Stand up straight. Shoulders back. And get better furniture, because all my chairs and tables are at the wrong height, which obviously doesn’t help. It’s worth the money.
Better posture should help breathing and singing as well. And, I don’t want to regret it when in ten years or so’s time I develop terrible back pain, which I will if I carry on like this.
And, I know I give off the wrong body language signals. I don’t want to give off the wrong body language signals. This is quite important.
Exercising back muscles will help.
