I currently get about 6, maybe 7, hours sleep per night, usually getting to be at around 1-2am. This means that at weekends, I’m utterly exhausted, and end up sleeping ‘til midday. It also means that I’m barely awake in the morning, and occasionally, as I’ve been told a couple of times, somewhat irritable. That said, I think I’ll start by taking an early night (it’s 10:37). Hopefully I’ll be a little more pleasant in the morning…
