I kept a journal each day for a month in November using Memoires but stopped after a while. My aim is to start again and keep it up for the whole of 2008, probably using the same application (I admire its simplicity). It’s a very good habit to have, and I was quite annoyed at myself for letting it go a couple of weeks ago. But I’m definitely going to start afresh in a few days.
