Throw a Block Party for my neighbors.

It’s nice to come home after a long day of work and have your neighbors smiling and saying hello. It’s even better when you had to work on New Year’s Eve and come home and the whole block wishes you a Happy New Year, even the little kids. I’m really lucky to live where I live and I’d love to show them how much I appreciate having such respectful, friendly, and (mostly) quiet neighbors.
