I feel as though my weight has been an uphill battle for the past year. I never gave up but the weight has not been kind. I bounced around 195-211 pounds. I just discovered the flat belly diet a week ago and have finally found an eating plan I am completely satisfied with and I am confident it will help me reach my final weight goal.

I still can't win 14 months ago

I’ve been hovering with the same 5 pounds the past month. I’m ok with it but I really need to just get my act together.

I saw my doctor today and she recommends that I only lost 20 pounds more but I really want to lose 30.



10 weeks into my program 17 months ago

and I am down 17 pounds now. My goal this week is to attempt to stay under my max. calorie count by 100 calories.



2 week update 19 months ago

I’ve dropped 8.2 pounds in 2 weeks since restarting my diet and exercise routine! Still have about 55 more to go.



Started another round of Power 90 2 years ago

After my full 5 days a week workout schedule for a semester I did not lose 1 pound. In fact at the end of the semester (5 months) I was 4 pounds heavier but I did lose 5 inches from my hips. The only thing I can assume is that I packed on more muscle which is more dense than fat. I had numerous people tell me I looked thinner and that I had lost weight. I didn’t see it.

Anyhow, I started another round of Power 90 which I started the memorial day weekend. By the time I hit my day 45 I had lost 10 pounds. unfortunately I went on vacation for 9 days and packed on about 5 extra. I started back up on Monday and am back to my exercise routine and dieting. I’m counting calories and limiting myself to a maximum of 1600 a day even though I am trying to stick closer to 1500. Soooo hard!



Been 2 months 2 years ago

I started a pretty intense workout regime. I am working out 5 days a week and twice on Mondays and Wednesdays since the last week of January 2007. I’m even taking a Spinning class which kicks my butt everyday and yet all I have to show for this hard work is a fluctuation of 3 pounds -/+. It’s like my body is hanging onto the fat for dear life! Let it go already body, I am ready to get to my goal!



20 down, 30 to go! 3 years ago

I am proud of the progress I have made up til now. It’s been slow but at least I haven’t gained any back yet. Looking to drop 5 more by Christmas. Wish me luck!

I joined the YMCA in the beginning of July. I have been commited and work out 4-5 days a week with 2-3 weight training sessions. I am watching what I eat and have dropped about 8 pounds so far. Only about 35 to go!



Been struggling with this since January 3 years ago

I am even doing the Power 90 workout at least 5 days a week. My eating is not under control though.
