I went to the gym the other day and I really worked it out! I weighed myself and I already weigh 120 lbs, so that’s done. I’ve been eating pretty well, but my abs are still flabby. I need to give it more time. Ok, off to the gym!

On January 15th: weigh around 120 pounds, have a flat tummy and most importantly be much more fit than I am right now.
Starting point on December 7th: I think I weigh somewhere around 124 pounds. My lower belly is NOT firm. I did not exercise today (worked). I ate well and drank a lot of water.
I haven’t done any of the crunches I’ve set out to do either. I have cut far back on all the fried and greasy food – at least from how I used to eat! My tummy isn’t looking too bad!
So now I got to start working on some crunches. I’ll start with 20 a day, that seems doable.
I almost ordered and huge pizza last night when all I really wanted was a slice. My tummy would have loved that. I ended up just skipping the pizza altogether. Go me! Now, I got to get myself to the gym.
Why did I have to choose beer? That was a poor choice. Luckily, there’s been no change for the worse in my tummy.
I am happy with my weight and the way my body looks – except for my tummy! It never really goes away, my mom is the same shape. I don’t drink much, and generally eat pretty healthy. I don’t need a six pack, I just want it proportioned to the rest of my body. Any little bit of fat I eat goes straight to my belly. I guess I’ll have to cut back and just exercise more.
