Confidence

in oneself is key; this took me a long time because of low self esteem and toxic shyness…when we realize that we can meet our own needs and we are capable of self nurture then we let go of using others and learn self reliance…and we do not need so much stuff to buoy us up and float us forward….scary but definitely worth trying.
