i’ve been getting up with my dad at 5 nearly every morning for our walks.
sometimes it’s 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5 miles
my legs are starting to get muscle definition.
and they’re getting larger…
but toned.
i think walking helps the posterior region, as well.
it’s a start.
but i won’t stop here.

i need to get a VHS hooked up for my Yoga video
and i need to actually do my Carmen Electra video>
my goal will be like 3 times a week, each video.
i’ll start at 1 time/week, each video.
then 2…then 3.

We are so removed from the outside world yet totally a part of a-beyond-urban-sprawl mountain community. It’s the perfect balance i’ve always desired. I’m kinda getting over the bugs and shit.

I love just walking with my brother. He just keeps trekking on and on the way back i always feel that kick your body gets when you’ve actually f*cking exercised. Woo hoo! Gettin’ healthy. (slowly)
