I started Weight Watchers about a month and a half ago, and thus far, with exercise and eating, I’ve lost 10 lbs. I am so excited and 1/3 of the way there! Plus the exercising may have made the actual pounds dropped less, but I feel more toned already and am hoping that will only help me lose more.
