but with summer finally here in Chicago, I’m actually doing it. I joined a gym finally a month and a half ago, have been seeing a personal trainer once a week and am working on my diet.
I find eating is the hardest part. If I’m not around healthy food that is easy, then I automatically grab a bag of chips, but I’m getting better.
I’m going to Mexico at the end of July, so I’m trying to bust my ass (literally) with that end in mind. I don’t want to be a rail, but the belly pudge and the the ginormous thighs gotta go.
