My girlfriend and I purchase a Wii fit and so far we’ve used it everyday. It is nice to have someone who is supportive and wants to do this with me. We have also been eating really well these past few days. I think after a month or so of doing this I’ll call this one complete.

I’m going to start a health & fitness log to help me on my journey to wellness
I took a walk today for the first time in a long time.. it felt really good to be outside and exercising. It makes me wonder why I haven’t been doing it all along..
So far I’ve been working hard at this. I gave up drinking (not that i did it that much before), I try to wash my hands as much as possible, I take my pills everyday on time, I drink at least 5 bottles of water a day.
The things i need to work on:
-start exercising again (walking and I think i want to start yoga back up again)
-eat less junk food
-get myself on a regular sleep schedule
-improve my relationships
