I think I have a bit of a routine going. It goes like this:
1. Wake up
2. Go to bathroom and brush teeth
3. Make bed
4. Clear my mind (Presence Process) for 15 minutes
5. Read CM with subsequent meditation
6. Do 20 minutes of yoga
7. Take a shower or eat breakfast (depends how hungry I am)
I still mess up a bit, but this seems to be working for now. Ideally, if I were to be a morning person, I think I would be able to exercise in the morning as well. We’ll see.

Hopefully, if I get my two hours in of exercise today, I will be so tired I will just naturally conk out. And ideally, the morning routine now is:
-“Presence Process” 15 minute meditation
-“Course of Miracles” reading and meditation
- Yoga
- Morning pages
- Breakfast
- Exercise
Hmm…this sounds like a bit too much, doesn’t it?

Right here. This is what I want the start of every day to be. Plus, I should add I did yoga before breakfast, and drank lots of water to flush myself in the morning. Great.

My ideal morning routine? I am still trying to figure it out. I do not know if it is to:
1. Get up early
2. Pray
3. Meditate
4. Do yoga
5. Shower
6. Write
Or rather:
1. Get up early
2. Write
3. Pray
4. Meditate
5. Do yoga
6. Shower
Anyhoo, I was able to get up today, pray and meditate before having breakfast. It’s a start, but I want to accomplish far more. Ideally, I would like to wake up at around 5 am or so to get in as much “quiet time” as I can.
Oh, and drink water. All before breakfast!
