I have been meditating and praying 13 months ago

On and off, but rather consistently, for the last two weeks. And this has been drawing me back to the present when I let my mind run away with my emotions.

I have been making a specific effort to do this with my mother, where my interactions with her have made it difficult to stay in the present, as written about “here”: http://www.43things.com/entries/view/3693696. But some progress is being made, for which I feel grateful.



You know, I get so many cheers for this... 13 months ago

And yet I feel I am so far from it.
Maybe I get all these cheers because it is first on the list?
