In all honesty 5 months ago

I am doing 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week. I would like to build up to doing 25 minutes in the morning, and 25 minutes in the evening.



Goodness, if only for the stretching 6 months ago

This is key for my physical well-being, my calves, everything. How I can delude myself to go a day without it, I will never know. But I really need it for soothing my muscles.

Let’s hope I also start taking more seriously the spiritual aspects of this. Maybe when I enroll into Kundalini yoga classes. Have to try out that new place that just opened up nearby.

Haven’t been doing this consistently every day…but it’s a slow start. I do feel better when I put in an hour (or more) of yoga a day.

Did it today—or at least, 15 minutes. Woohoo!
