Need2bfit, I agree with the way how you feel as well! However I don’t go out and eat or drink. I am currently a freshmen in college, and of course everyone probably knows about the freshmen 10 or 15 rule right? Well, unfortunately I am one of those people =( 2 Years ago, I use to be fit, toned, curvy and such… and when it comes to fall/winter I would gain back some weight because of the season.. but I would always go back in shape around spring and summer, and this time I hope that I will make it legit weight lose for a while! Right now I am in college (2nd semester) and after I came back from winter break I started to eat healthier over here and lost couple of pounds within the past 2 weeks lol, but I am not certain about how much weight I lost… However, my biggest problem right now is working out in my school, because I am very self conscious with the way I look in front of people the gym.. and specially with students/people my age that are like toned, and skinny... normally when I see them... I feel scared and a little insecure about myself (Specially in school). So for now I want to go on a healthy eating diet.. and my exercise will be walking outside? lol I know this may sound silly specially when there is sleet, and slippery streets out there,but I will try my best to accomplish this... When it hits spring I promise everyone one thing! I will try to work out on my weekends around 11pm night when I am doing laundry during spring. lol… and from then on, I want to make it a higher priority to exercise more during April and onward. For now, I decide that my goal is to eat healthier, and also walk outside more!
