Hm… Ever since first semester in college.. I basically gained a lot of weight lol… I was constantly eating grilled sandwich, chips, bagels w/ cream cheese, rice krispy, and ice cream… while drinking… Tea, Orange juice, Soda daily… so at that rate I was bound to gain weights….
Now, I am in my second semester (freshmen) lol… Lately I’ve been eating cereals by Curve… Honey nut flavored.. drinking milk, orange juice, Tea(2-3 cups a day),Soymilk, and (Don’t hate me… I have 6 oreo’s with the remaining milk =( ) Anyways… Aside from that.. I have sandwich’s normally (w/ max veggies, and meat)....
So my goal is to stay within the fruity breakfast/lunch with milk (including soy milk), Tea, orange juice, and cereal. For dinner.. I want to stay with Sandwich… and sometimes Salad with soup. (have oreo’s or ice cream every now and then to satisfy the crave)
So I guess I’ll join u guys and post what I eat and hopefully this will work out! :D
