My parents gave me a 10-class pass to a local yoga center. I did a slow flow class that was amazing and hubby is joining me for a partner class this Friday. Happy Valentine’s to us!

of some major stretching. Carrying Baby Fi is killing my shoulders, especially my left one. I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night and tonight and massaged/stretched after. Holy sore muscles…
but not as often as my body needs it. Tonight I stretched deep in my shoulders, chest, and lower back. Oh, and hamstring too. My neck hurts and so I have been giving it a deep massage. Body is sore from yesterday’s run.

I’ve started putting more effort into this. It’s hard working full-time and having baby boy. I want to be with him every waking moment I’m home. Before bed has been working out well to stretch, but hubby still has the damn tv going and there’s no place else for me to practice except the living room. That makes it sound like I’m blaming him, but it’s not his fault. My loathing of the tv is a separate issue altogether.
