I’ve done this for a solid month! I feel confident that this is no longer a problem for me…so this is off my list.

Yesterday is the first day I even hesitated to get out of bed when my cell phone alarm went off!...I feel like I’m making definite improvement in this area…Having morning goals helps with this, because you know if you don’t get up, you won’t have time to do them. Building several things into my morning has helped with this goal. I may actually get to mark this completed at the end of the month! :D

I’m making progress with this goal! :) I did it this week, too. Although I know if I didn’t have my off-line system and my exercise program, I think I’d still be struggling.

I couldn’t afford not to, though. I’ll still as previously agreed, keep this one around until the end of the month to evaluate for consistency on this…but I’m very tempted to just mark this accomplished while I can ;)

I just can’t do this consistently! I’m thinking of retiring this goal, though. I’ve done this this entire week so far, though. The real motivation for this goal may come in a later addition to my list or alteration of an existing goal. So, I’ll leave it here for now and re-evaluate later this week or sometime next week.

There are of course other motivations for this, though. But I’ve had a few times this month when I’ve done this, too. So…I’m improving ever so slightly with this goal.

amount of sleep is DEFINITELY a key in this goal…as if we didn’t know this to start with ;)

Daylight savings time absolutely bites the big one when it comes to spring…one hour less sleep! :(

That would be an awesome aid to getting up! (another would be getting of the Internet at a decent hour)

All of us (with this goal) should contact MIT and demand they sell us one. [On a side note, it’s funny because I heard about the clocky on the radio, too…but found out about it first on 43 things!]
