I got almost 53 hours of sleep this past week! I’m back on track with this…and consider myself finished with this goal! I will have my sleep regularly goal to keep me in line with this goal, however.

Technically I don’t even have to have 8 hours of sleep to reach my goal tonight! :) I will, however, strive to get 8+ hours of sleep tonight. It’s going to be a busy day tomorrow and potentially emotionally-draining, too. Therefore, I’ll need a stockpile of good rest. Plus, there is that little detail that I’m still recovering from that nasty sinus infection. (Started my second round of antibiotics yesterday!) So…I’m just hoping with all I need to get done this weekend, I’ll have enough energy to do it all.
I don’t want to be premature, but I do believe I hear “Pomp and Circumstance” faintly, from a distance.
I stayed up till 12:30 and didn’t even realize it until my faithful “sleep regularly” teammate Des made me aware of the time!
Lack of sleep is interfering with my functioning this week. I need to work harder on this goal!!!
44:40! Not a record-breaking week…but I’m on vacation. That’s 79.75% of the sleep I need in a week. If I can get more than 52 hours this week, I’ll consider myself to have gotten back on track with this goal. And I’ll consider graduating this goal.
It’s 2:10…I’m going to bed…NOW!!! Next week has got to be different!
I got 54 hours of sleep this past week! That’s 96.4% of the sleep I should be getting in a week! I’m really excited because I know that if I work hard, I CAN do well this week, too.
52.5 hours of sleep this week makes this goal ACCOMPLISHED!
I got 52.75 hours of sleep this week, a 2.2% increase from last week! I’ve gotten a little over 94% of sleep in a week I need.
If I can have two more weeks of at least 52.5 hours of sleep, I’ll consider this one accomplished!
I’ve looked back on my entries for this goal, and I have made an all-time high with this goal. (I had some help with this so I can’t take all the credit…you both know who you are!)
And the results are: 51.5 hours this week…which is 91.9% of the 56 hours a week one should get! I think I at least make a “passing” grade on my “report card” this past week! :D
I’ll continue with 7 hours on the weeknights, and get closer to 8 on the weekends, and try to make up extra for the nights that are less than 7. I’m just putting this up before I talk myself out of it.
Normally, I try to make an entry about the previous week’s progress…I’m not even going to post a percentage! I have done so awfully…that I don’t want to know. I’ll just live in denial this week that sleep is necessary…I do plan on doing a lot better next week,though!
