Wow this is unusual... 4 years ago

Usually by now I’ve had two entries to a goal, but I’ve really been focused on other things right now. I’m so glad to have this 43T experience in my life and have the opportunity to make some new friends via this team. I know that this goal needs to extend to local people as well, which I’m really working on, but it’s not easy when my life doesn’t take on a local approach. I tend to think that my closest friends won’t be in the town in which I live, but the ones I already have. Plus, I’m kind of scared to make friends locally in fears I’ll become attached to this town, too. It’ll make the moving way too hard all over again. My job also has certain ethical restrictions on having a social life locally. So, this place on the web that allows me to interact with others has been a God-send to me.

I look forward to getting to know everyone on the team better, even ones I already know fairly well. :)
