But, the reasons for doing this was to establish a constant sense of where I am financially. I may not be to the penny aware of where I am, but I know if I’m going to be able to make ends meet and prepare a strategy for it if I anticipate problems. The concept of this goal has been completed. So, I’m marking this as accomplished. I will continue to work toward the point in time where I know exactly where I am, but I’m not overspending any more, and I realize more than ever where my money is being spent. This is something I will never be able to let go of, I’m very sure.

but I’m still not doing this like I should. I get very overwhelmed with this goal, and feel like I’ll never be able to accomplish it at this rate…but I know that’s just my complaining talking. I’m not planning on giving up yet. (Like Todd Schoonover would actually “allow” me to give up on this one anyway. LOL) Persevering on with this.
working, sleeping, and eating, maybe I can get back to this goal. I’ve established a budget and should be able to put the spreadsheet into my cell phone and use it to track my spending every day. Let’s see if I can keep up with it this month, now.
I’ve actually started doing this faithfully so far for five days in a row. It is such a pain to do this, but I feel like I will have a much better picture where all my money goes if I do this. I will allow myself to check this off if I can do this completely for two months in a row without fail. I’m proud of my recent progress with this, because it’s been a huge struggle to get myself to cooperate with this goal!
but I continue to do better with this goal each passing month. I’m going to see what I can salvage for this month before it ends. I need to have as much information as I can for my financial adviser when I submit my August budget. August is going to be a fairly tight month, too, so I’ve got to do this goal very well next month!
I’m going to consider it good progress if I do this even three times this week…tonight I’ve done it.
with actually doing this, so I did what I could to catch up after neglecting doing this all week last week evidently. I’m not a naturally organized person, so this is something that is going to have to be forced into my routine somehow.

on Thursday evening, I’ve been writing down expenses yesterday and today. I’m going to hate myself for making me log this, but it’s for my own good.
Su-Sa: I didn’t do this :(
but not well enough to see how well I stayed within my budget. I’ve got to do better in May with this. I can check this goal off when I’ve done this every day for the entire month for three months consecutively. (Gee, that sounds really tough!)
