Vague Improvement Starts Now! 11 months ago

Not too many specific goals just yet, but for this week and the next few weeks it would be an improvement if I do just some situps and pushups, shoulder work and a little extra walking, with slight calorie reductions.



Making Time, Space and Energy 13 months ago

I realise that “never having time” is “never going to change” and somehow I need to fit this into my routine. If I put this off to tomorrow – years go by and tomorrow never comes. Still, its hard to see how it would fit in today’s schedule though! :-(

Of all my 43 things, this is the most neglected. Never seem to fit it in the day, and if I find the time – I don’t have the energy! What gives? :-D
