Finally having some help from Diphenhydramine. Its the first thing I’ve obtained in years that seems to work (the past 3 nights anyway). Couldn’t tell after prolonged use if Melatonin was still working, and maybe it was too subtle, even up to 10mg. Odd that :-(
Anyway. I’m going to try minimum doses of Diphenhydramine and every other night and see how I manage without. Just to alter my body clock would be great!
