3 out of 3 people (100%) think this is worth doing.
I’m not sure that seaside locations have great economies (job hunting is abysmal!) but if you own a hotel you probably do OK.
As for the views and the feeling of space and freedom, it is great. :-)
Bit of a waste if you don’t get down to the beach often though (which only dog-walkers seem to do?!) :-D
