Reversing the day somewhat 16 months ago

If you’re staying up too late & getting up too late also, then I’ve had this idea to do more of what I’d do at night in the morning instead. Watching my favourite comedy at 7am or something like that, you know.

Its only the beginning of the routine – then I’d do the whole exercise and breakfast stuff. I’ll let you know how it goes :-D



No get up and go 20 months ago

Hmmmm

Gave this great thought this morning. But my problem is I am close to dead each day when the alarm rips me from a coma-like obliviion.
My eyes just-to-say open but my body won’t move. Legs are like tons weights and gravity feels like it gets stronger each morning! :-(
Kinda hard to imagine jumping up and doing yoga poses. The eye opening thing seems miracle enough most mornings.

Maybe getting out for a jog is the way to get over these blues and negativity – and maybe kickstart my system? Dunno.
