I’m sorry I still eat too much. But don’t you think it’s getting better than before?

I’m still eating a midnight snack but not much like before. Actually I do that every midnight but not like sack of chocolate, mashmallows, or snacks. I eat apple and grained rice. Hope it would get better and nicer to my body.
I didn’t eat grained rice at all but midnight snack was only three small chocolate and I could sleep better.
Oh, no…I still eat midnight snack (actually rice or bread).
I cannot sleep well I wake up one or twice times during the night. I believe if I can sleep well I can stop midnight snack…but how???
Hey, my body,I’m sorry. I’m sorry that I have a everyday night snack. I didn’t know my body is all sored until my massage doctor told me.
I’ll try body healing and adjustment next weekend. I’ll keep doing a little yoga until then.
Since I bought a large mirror, I was so shocked to see my body which was completely defferent as I thought. I have to see the real and get start over something.
I woke up nidnight and couldn’t stop to have something. First I only drank water,then make(!) grain rice ball and finally sweet dumpling! I’ll do more yoga or core rhythms today. Hey, me! Don’t feel quilty too much just do something to cover!
I had a lot of chocolate midnight and I have only soy milk and fresh vegetable juice and yogurt for breakfast. I think I was doing so so until then. But for lunch, I had too much rice…I should have a good dinner to think about it.
feeling like am I going well, maybe.
Eat better food more often.
Less midnight eating.
Exercise some of the time.
But I know I should do something more.
