We are working now on Shoulders, Arms, Chest, and Abs along
with some cardio though I should be doing more of everthing.
I think I pulled something in my lower back but I’m feeling much better today though my shoulders do still ache a bit but in a good way.

I guess it’s not so much really about gaining or loseing the weight but rather moving it around to all the right places.
Justin and I have gotten a simple little set of adjustable bumbells
and we make good use of them.
I need to catch up on my crunches! Justin’s alacrity can be suprising, by the time I’ve gotten out of the shower he’s already finished 100 of them.

Justin is great for me!
He has such energy and drive which helps me to focus.
I cannot as of yet keep up with his running even when he’s at half speed.
we get our push-ups and crunches in together
soon we must invest in free weights
