I have been “doing” south beach for a week now. I weighed myself the night before i began..exactly seven days ago…and i weighed myself today. It says i have lost nine pds! That’s crazy! I feel more energized i guess, but I don’t feel like i’ve lost nine pds. I’m very excited. And happy that this diet is really working for me. :O)

So i went in for a checkup and the doc suggested i try the south beach diet.
I was telling some people at work about it and they are going to do it with me!
Should be interesting. We are starting july 3rd.
I made a super yummy salad for lunch tomorrow. I love it when i bring salad to work because everyone always ooos and ahhs over how pretty they look. Plus the taste great and are super duper good for me! YAY!
Oh and Shannon and I walked for 45 mins today too!
I have joined a completely free online healthy lifestyle increaser website! Ok it’s like ediets and weightwatchers…but its free! So far it’s nice. It gives you small goals to start with and then builds from there. I had nachos last night and it fit right in! It also has lot’s of great excercises and such things. I’m hoping my friend will do it with me!
