I am taking it slow. I am not sure if this is the right way to go about it, or even if there is a “right way”. I “quit” last Tuesday after a night of drunkenness and smoking a little bit too much. So the next day i decided i was done. Four days later i had a half of one, a couple days later i had a third of one. I think it’s ok. I am quitting at my own pace. Yay me!
