I have never been determined to exercise daily as I am now.
I have really strong motivation and I keep it as my holy grail.
Yesterday I was laying in bed and I didn’t want to get up and exercise but I did. I exercised for half an hour. And the day before… And I will keep this going so I officially pronounce this goal achieved.

There are several things that I want to try out:
- exercise in the morning
- exercise 5 days a week (weekends are spare days if I couldn’t workout due to some “more important” obligations
- more stretching
- not bending my back while sitting
- contracting my abs while walking
... and similar things
I usually exercise around 8PM. Sometimes I stay too long on my laptop but I know that I have to exercise. I’m afraid that I would stop exercising if I skipped one day. It’s been 3 weeks since I started.
I hope I’ll start running and/or rollerblading as soon as the weather gets warmer.
It’s my 18th day (I think).
It felt a lot better in the beginning. Now I’m a bit disappointed because my neck hurts like hell. I have to study a lot and I keep my head in the same position for few hours.
I know it takes time to see the results so I will keep doing it ‘till I get better.
I can’t wait for spring and rollerblading 6 km each day.
I’ve made through my first week of working out.
At first it was hard to exercise for 15 minutes, but now I usually exercise about 27.
I went through 2 weeks of physical therapy and 7 day of working out on my own. I can tell the difference. My biceps are stronger and so are my neck and back. As a side effect, but this time a good one, I must admit that my abs are looking better too.
If I have a crapy day, I feel like I’ve done at least something good because I’ve been consistent in my physical exercises.
It feels right.
I’ve started exercising daily and I gave it up so many times. But now things have changed.
I went to physical therapy for ten days to learn how to exercise because my X-ray images weren’t pretty for someone who’s only 20 years old.
Today is the first day of my exercise at home.
Wish me luck and a habit to exercise daily. :)
I exercise daily, in fact I overdid it yesterday so my abs need a brake. I must find a routine that would be best for me. I need to have stronger arms and abs. My legs are pretty strong but you can always work on that as well. I really like when my ass is perky so I think I’ll continue to work on that. It wouldn’t hurt to start doing some cardio exercise, right? I’ll try to come up with 20-30 min routine that goes for stretching to exercising. I could use some help.
