I thought it would be much harder, but it’s actually fine. I didn’t eliminate sugar from my life, I just consume it less. My coffee and tea are not as good as they used to be with sugar but I can take it. I eat more fruits and that’s it. I even don’t miss it so much. It’s funny, but since I don’t eat so much sugar I’m less hungry so I eat less as well. But I’m not sure will I stick with this when my college starts at September.

I don’t smoke, gamble or drink. I just love sugar. I drink my coffee with 3-4 teaspoons of sugar. I’m not even fat. I became aware that it’s messing with my health so I decided to reduce sugar intake. I feel like this is one more way how to punish me.
