I read a book in English – vegan freak-being vegan in a non-vegan world. I wanted to read it (because the podcast is great) and there’s no chance it will be translated. I was happy to find out that the language wasn’t a problem at all. From now I won’t automatically avoid a book just because it’s in English.
Great book, by the way. It carries the basic ideas of veganism, it’s fun and it’s freaky.

I’ve just found them and already hooked. There are shows about every topic, and obviously there’s no translations, so it really helps with listening skills. I also saw a lot of podcasts for learning English as a second language or shows about words and meanings, I’ll try some of them this week.

I think my English has improved this year. Lately I noticed that I use the dictionary less than I used to, and whan I do my spelling guess is right most of the time. I still want to improve my talking skills thought.
